L’obiettivo di questo studio è stato quello di analizzare le tecnologie e gli strumenti del mondo DevOps, comprendendo la loro importanza nell’adozione di una cultura DevOps nella gestione di un settore IT di un ospedale pubblico e valutando i risultati ottenuti in uno scenario reale. Tra gli autori ricercati per la costituzione concettuale di questo lavoro vi sono HTTERMANN, M. (2012), FOWLER, M. (2006), PEREIRA, J. A. D. (2013), CALLANAN, M. (2016) e FARLEY, D. (2012). La metodologia utilizzata è stata quella della ricerca esplicativa, con un’indagine bibliografica e un rapporto di esperienza come raccolta dati. La conclusione più rilevante è che adottando una cultura DevOps e utilizzando gli strumenti giusti, è possibile ottenere risultati positivi, professionalizzando e modernizzando il settore IT di un’organizzazione.
