Les causes de l’émergence des groupes armés dans la région de Béni peuvent être d’origine interne ou externe les causes externes peuvent se résumer en trois à savoir : la cause de ressources dont regorgent la région de Béni, la faiblesse de la réaction de la communauté internationale face aux crimes graves étrangères autre fois présent en R.D.Congo. Ainsi, pour ce qui est des causes liées à la course aux matières première, on peut citer les enjeux économiques fondés essentiellement sur le désir des Etas voisins et même *s des grandes puissances occidentales, ainsi que multinationales d’avoir le contrôle sur les ressources naturelles dont regorgent le pays. C’est ce désir l qui les pousse à soutenir et au besoin à créer de toutes pièces certains groupe armés en R.D.Congo ou des prétendues rébellions qui vont chercher à exploiter quelques causes internes pour avancer leurs revendications politiques et pourront même dirigées par un homme de paille pour donner une apparence interne au conflit, mais Le vrai but, c’est l’accès aux ressources naturelles existantes de ce beau pays la R.D.Congo.
