Ce livre traite de la relation entre la contrainte et la théorie de la cause, où la contrainte doit être le motif de la conclusion d’un contrat. Cela signifie qu’il existe une relation étroite entre la contrainte et la cause.La cause doit donc exister ; le problème de cette recherche découle de ce point. La cause existe-t-elle avec la présence de la coercition qui a conduit cette volonté à contracter ?Ce qui signifie que le motif de la conclusion du contrat est le même que la contrainte. Le défaut n’est pas dans une condition de coercition, mais plutôt dans une condition de cause.Sur cette base, pourquoi les lois organisent-elles les dispositions de coercition et non les dispositions de cause dans cette hypothèse ?La présente recherche présente la vérité de la relation entre la coercition, la cause et la disposition légale que nous sommes supposés atteindre par la présence de cette hypothèse.
