Mohamed Taher Bani Alançar Mahamoud Hammou KOUNTA est né à Tombouctou le 28 octobre 1957. Après ses études il a commencé à travailler au compte du Projet urbain du Mali au gouvernorat du district de Bamako en 1986 puis à l’inspection domaniale où il était chargé d’établir et concevoir des fichiers des lettres d’attribution de tous les quartiers du district de Bamako. En 1989 il a reçu une mutation au bureau du personnel du district de Bamako puis en 1990 au bureau spécialisé des domaines du district de Bamako comme Adjoint au chef du bureau. En 2001 il bénéficie d’une retraite anticipée pour s’occuper de la Zaouia Alkounti Alquadriya.//Mohamed Taher Bani Alançar Mahamoud Hammou KOUNTA was born in Timbuktu on October 28, 1957. After completing his studies, he began working for the Mali Urban Project in the Bamako District Governorate in 1986, then at the Land Inspectorate, where he was responsible for establishing and designing files of land allocation letters for all neighborhoods in the Bamako District. In 1989, he was transferred to the Bamako District Personnel Office, and then in 1990 to the Bamako District Specialized Land Office as Deputy Head of the Office. In 2001, he took early retirement to manage the Zaouia Alkounti Alquadriya.
