Dopo una breve focus sulla storia della Bielorussia dall Rus di Kiew fino alla fine dell´URSS, la tesi vuole analizzare specialemente la politica estera di questo stato che è contemporaneamente piuttosto isolato.La fine del testo cerchi di trovare nuove o vecchie soluzioni per l`isolamento e magari si potesse immaginare nuove vie per risolvere la miseria della 'ultima dittatura europea'questo lavoro è informativo e interessante non solo per studenti delle scienzte politiche ma anche per altre personi che s`interessano dell`europa orientale.
