Cet ouvrage traite de la mise en œuvre de la directive relative aux pratiques commerciales déloyales en Autriche et met en évidence les nécessités et les difficultés rencontrées dans ce cadre. La notion ancienne et éprouvée de bonnes mœurs est remplacée par le § 1 UWG (loi autrichienne contre la concurrence déloyale), mais il apparaît que la nouvelle notion de pratique commerciale déloyale s’inscrit dans la continuité de l’ancienne. Certaines dispositions de la loi autrichienne sur la concurrence déloyale feront toutefois l’objet d’une dérogation.
