La médiation ouvre un espace intermédiaire : un tiers accompagne, les parties restent actrices, et la solution devient une justice partagée plutôt que subie.En cinq parties, ce livre suit la médiation à travers les sociétés premières, l’Antiquité, les mondes religieux, la modernité juridique et politique, puis dessine les enjeux actuels. Un fil rouge relie ces parties : comment apprendre à vivre ensemble en transformant la contrainte en responsabilité et la liberté en dialogue.
