Je pense qu’il prend beaucoup de courage et de volonté ferme pour endosser un projet de société si hasardeux qu’est de favoriser une détente historique à travers l’unité de la famille haïtienne. Prendre la responsabilité sociale, politique et historique dans un pays toujours tourmenté par des répercussions politiques impardonnables est hors de l’ordre commun et mérite une ovation. Élever sous le même toit les petits-fils de Duvalier et de Pasquet et faire d’eux des frères à part entière doit être un acte de bonne foi capable d’attirer l’attention de la postérité historique ou est-ce le devoir de ceux-là responsables de la pensée d’une nation de faire prévaloir certains actes de foi humaine ou sociopolitique, peu importe pour combien dérisoires ou intéressés qu’on les prenne à leur occurrence première.
