Nel presente libro l’autore analizza le misure adottate dalle Nazioni Unite per combattere il terrorismo internazionale. Vengono discussi i poteri e i limiti delle Nazioni Unite e viene elaborato e valutato il carattere preventivo degli accordi multilaterali.
