Sergio Rivero Morón nacido en Sevilla en marzo de 1977 es un exitoso abogado con amplia experiencia en asuntos de familia y penales, en especial sobre violencia de género donde ha centrado el desarrollo de sus últimos años de ejercicio profesional.Durante su carrera profesional ha mostrado un porcentaje de éxito de más de un 96% en todos los asuntos tratados directamente por él.Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Sevilla en 2005.Posteriormente cursó el periodo de docencia para el Doctorado en Derecho del Trabajo y Seguridad Social en el curso 2007 en la Universidad de Sevilla completándolo con una nota media de notable 8,14.Cursó estudios de Máster en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en las especialidades de Ergonomía, Higiene Industrial y Seguridad en el Trabajo por el Instituto de Ciencias jurídicas y de la Empresa de Sevilla en el año 2010, alcanzando una nota media de sobresaliente 9,21.Posteriormente completó el Máster en Práctica Jurídica por la misma institución en el año 2013 con una nota media de sobresaliente 9,57.Por último, cursó el Máster en Derecho Penal y Ciencias Criminales como especialista en Violencia de Género por la Universidad de Sevilla en el año 2022, alcanzando una nota media de notable 7,28 y cuyo Trabajo Fin de Máster logró una mención especial del Tribunal al ser el mejor de su promoción.Además de su impecable y completa formación técnico-jurídica ha impartido charlas, cursos, conferencias y clases, tanto en la Universidad de Cádiz, como en la Universidad de Sevilla sobre todo en el ámbito de la violencia de género.Comenzó su carrera profesional desarrollando su actividad para el sector privado, para el principal grupo empresarial de la distribución del país, donde destacó a pesar de su juventud llegando, con tan sólo 30 años, a ser el director de RRHH más joven de la historia de la empresa liderando un equipo de más de 1.000 empleados.Posteriormente inició su proyecto en solitario en el ejercicio de su profesión, creando su propio despacho, en las jurisdicciones Civil, Contencioso- Administrativa y Social, especializándose en Derecho Penal y en concreto en el ámbito de la Violencia de Género en el que se ha volcado por completo en los últimos años asesorando y representando a víctimas de forma totalmente altruista y gratuita tal y como continúa en la actualidad.
