En toda organización existen un sinfín de acciones que se tienen que realizar para alcanzar el éxito y mantener el desarrollo óptimo que requiere una institución llámesele de producción, manufacturera, gubernamental, académica, de servicio etc, pero en lo personal considero que la parte medular es propiciar un excelente clima laboral donde todos sus miembros se encuentren en un estado anímico saludable pero sobre todo positivo donde le permita ofrecer un mejor rendimiento laboral y que pueda cumplir todos los estándares de calidad pero sobre todo que se sienta parte importante dentro de su organización que exista esa parte importante en la promoción de ascender de puesto considerando a todos por igual y en las mismas condiciones sin favorecer a alguien en particular.
