La Agencia Antidroga de Estados Unidos (USDA) y las agencias antidroga de todo el mundo intentan combatir un incendio forestal con mangueras sin suficiente presión de agua. ¿Cómo es posible?La respuesta es que el narcotráfico no puede ser erradicado porque sus directores, los gobernantes de las tinieblas, los villanos de las altas esferas, no permitirán que se les arrebate el negocio más lucrativo del mundo, con beneficios colosales que requieren un capital de inversión mínimo, un producto prácticamente gratuito y con pocos costes de producción.
