La migration irrégulière entre l’Afrique et l’Europe, marquées par des politiques migratoires complexes et des relations fluctuantes entre les acteurs des deux continents, soulève une question cruciale à savoir: comment convient-il d’appréhender la coopération interinstitutionnelle de la gouvernance migratoire entre l’Union Africaine et l’Union européenne ? À partir de ce questionnement l’hypothèse principale selon laquelle, les différentes stratégies de gestion migratoire adoptées par les deux entités tiennent compte des intérêts des deux nations impliquées. Car, l’analyse des mécanismes et stratégies de gouvernance migratoire révèle une interdépendance entre les deux instances internationales pour surmonter cette crise migratoire, malgré leurs approches individuelles .Cependant, on assiste ici à une sorte de gestion coopérative, de régulation associative entre l’UA et l’UE qui met l’accent non seulement sur la recherche d’intérêts communs, mais également renchérie par le rôle de certaines organisations internationales habilitées. En somme, la migration demeure au centre des préoccupations intrinsèques des institutions internationales, d’où l’importance d’une concertation en vue de l’optimisation des résultats escomptés.
