Il libro di B.Z. Bakeyeva è dedicato allo studio e all’analisi della formazione dell’istituzione dello Stato sovietico kirghiso negli anni 20-30 del XX secolo. Sulla base di un ampio materiale fattuale, rivela i prerequisiti per l’istituzione dello Stato sovietico kirghiso, gli aspetti della vita politica e socio-economica del Kirghizistan nel periodo in esame, definisce il ruolo dell’intellighenzia nazionale della regione nei processi politici, rivela le circostanze e le fasi principali del movimento basmachi, riflette l’attuazione della divisione nazionale-statale dell’Asia centrale nel 1924. Di particolare interesse nella monografia è il fatto che finora la storia del periodo sovietico, compreso lo sviluppo dei movimenti antisovietici in Kirghizistan, non ha ricevuto una valutazione vera e storicamente corretta. Sulla base delle ricerche d’archivio condotte dall’autore della monografia, sono state introdotte nel panorama scientifico nuove informazioni importanti per la ricostruzione di un quadro oggettivo dei processi politici di formazione dello Stato sovietico kirghiso di questo periodo.
