He pasado la mayor parte de mi vida estudiando el fenómeno de los sueños, haciendo muchos experimentos e inventando formas de aprovechar los sueños para mejorar la vida. La anticipación del futuro es una de las funciones más útiles permitidas por los sueños y también la función más banal del cerebro dormido. Cuando observamos durante mucho tiempo (por más de 25 años como lo hice yo), los vínculos entre los sueños y la realidad, vemos que durante el estado de sueño, nuestro cerebro programa y organiza nuestro futuro. Esta es una función natural común a todos los seres humanos. Este fenómeno común ocurre cada vez que dormimos. No hay nada extraordinario o paranormal al respecto y después comprenderás porqué. Es así que todos, excepto aquellos con daño cerebral grave, pueden aprender a ver su futuro en sus sueños. Mientras que muy pocas personas tienen la capacidad de ver el futuro en el estado de vigilia.En este libro, explicaré cómo y por qué puedes ver el futuro en tus sueños. Hablaré sobre la clarividencia en general y cómo funcionan los diferentes tipos de clarividencia. Luego explicaré dos técnicas muy simples para obtener de tus sueños información sobre tu futuro cuando lo desees. También te explicaré qué hace a estas dos técnicas más efectivas y qué las obstaculiza.
