La Cartelización Legislativa Mexicana SVE es una Obra que analiza la Segunda Vuelta Electoral en perspectiva comparada entre 12 naciones latinoamericanas y el caso especifico de la implementación, adopción y derogación de la SVE en México, aportando evidencia empírica respecto a que la implementación de este sistema de ballotaje no le beneficia a un partido político en especifico como lo fue el caso San Luis Potosí, por tanto la presente obra pretende analizar la aparición de grupos de poder controladores de información, expertise y que responden a intereses de los lideres de partidos, o del poder ejecutivo y legislativo actuando como un CARTEL LEGISLATIVO, anteponiendo los intereses de la elite sobre los intereses de los ciudadanos que son quienes los eligen en las urnas. Sin duda la investigación pretende mostrar al lector el tema que se encuentra en el debate académico y político respecto a la adopción de éste sistema como medio de legitimación y fortalecimiento de la Democrácia Mexicana.
