Kryzys środowiskowy staje się coraz poważniejszym zagrożeniem dla życia w Afryce. Środowisko naturalne ulega degradacji, co ma wpływ na życie społeczno-gospodarcze ludności. Chociaż wszystkie te organy pracują nad zmianami, fundamentalnym pytaniem pozostaje, jaki rodzaj zmian przyniesie pożądane rezultaty? Czy ważniejsza jest zmiana środowiska, czy zmiana człowieka, który powoduje kryzys środowiskowy?
