Mit 1,3 Milliarden Euro haben die verdächtigen Zahlungen bei Siemens einen Welt-Rekordstand erreicht und gleichzeitig gibt es immer mehr Verbote, Geld für die in Büros oder Behörden geführten Kaffeekassen zu spenden. In den Unternehmen werden mit Schwung Ethik-Richtlinien verabschiedet und Compliance-Programme eingeführt, aber selbst die Verkünder von sauberen Programmen klagen über die Bürokratie.
