Die Nephropathie durch jodhaltige Kontrastmittel (ICPN) wird in der interventionellen Kardiologie immer häufiger angetroffen. Sie ist nach der funktionellen Niereninsuffizienz und medikamentösen Ursachen die dritthäufigste Ursache für akutes Nierenversagen in Krankenhäusern. Sie stellt eine gefürchtete Komplikation dar, die die klinische Prognose beeinträchtigen und die weitere Betreuung der Patienten erschweren kann. Es gibt mehrere Faktoren, die das Auftreten dieser Entität vorhersagen können. Ziel der Arbeit: Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die Prädiktoren für das Auftreten einer jodhaltigen Kontrastmittelnephropathie in der Kardiologie zu identifizieren.Methodik: Es handelt sich um eine retrospektive Studie von 133 Patienten, die in der Kardiologieabteilung des Mongi-Slim-Krankenhauses während eines Zeitraums von 3 Monaten zwischen April und Juni 2023 durch eine Koronarographie untersucht oder durch eine Koronarangioplastie behandelt wurden.
