Kompozyty stomatologiczne to rodzaje żywic syntetycznych stosowanych w stomatologii jako materiały odbudowujące lub kleje. Żywice syntetyczne stały się popularnym materiałem odbudowującym, ponieważ są nierozpuszczalne, estetyczne, odporne na odwodnienie, łatwe w obróbce i stosunkowo niedrogie. Żywice kompozytowe najczęściej składają się z Bis-GMA i innych monomerów dimetakrylanowych (TEGMA, UDMA, HDDMA), materiału wypełniającego, takiego jak krzemionka, a w większości obecnych zastosowań również fotoinicjatora. Często dodaje się również dimetyloglioksim, aby uzyskać określone właściwości fizyczne, takie jak płynność.
