Hierzu werden Theorien aufgezeigt, auf deren Basis sich einige Strategien entwickeln lassen, die bei der Führung hilfreich sein können. Im Zentrum der Betrachtung stehen die Führungsstile und die Mitarbeitermotivation. Ziel der Betrachtung ist es zu erkennen, was die Führung beeinflusst und welcher Stil in der jeweiligen individuellen Situation zum besten Erfolg führt.
