Between love, compassion, communion, forgiveness and benevolence, the poet wanders his pen in order to draw a society where living together rises from its ashes. Talking about living together in today’s society would be complex, due to the complexity of the relationships between others and their neighbor. For the author, living together is sharing, it is accepting, it is forgiving, etc. In this collection of poems, the author chooses a precise vocabulary; presents an uncommon poetic style, alarming, reflecting the state of his thoughts. Facing a society where the neighbor has value only if he brings us something, Bilba Djarou Donalson draws, thanks to his pen, a poetry that brilliantly exposes in a mirror, the primitive reflection of society, the reflection of the relationships that men had, in the past; A reflection that leads us to ponder the reasons for the deterioration of these relations between brothers today. Could technological development be the cause of this misfortune? Can we point the finger at economic development or Westernization? Is there reason to think about the high cost of living?
