Badanie laboratoryjne przeprowadzono w celu oceny trwałości preparatu Spirotetramat 240 SC (w/v) w glebach piaszczysto-gliniastych, gliniasto-piaszczystych, piaszczysto-ilastych i ilastych. T0 - kontrola bez zabiegu T1 - Spirotetramat 240 SC (w/v) w stężeniu 0,05 mg/l T2 - Spirotetramat 240 SC (w/v) w stężeniu 1,0 mg/l Pobrano złożoną próbkę gleby z głębokości 0-15 cm 2 godziny (0 dni) po zastosowaniu środka. Kontynuowano pobieranie próbek w 1, 3, 5 i 7 dniu w celu oznaczenia spirotetramatu i jego metabolitu enolowego BYI 08330. Wszystkie próbki zostały poddane analizie pod kątem zawartości spirotetramatu za pomocą zatwierdzonej metody HPLC-UV, uzyskując akceptowalny średni odzysk spirotetramatu: 92% dla gleby piaszczysto-gliniastej, 93% dla gleby piaszczysto-gliniastej, 91% dla gleby piaszczysto-ilastej i 90% dla gleby ilastej. Granica oznaczalności (LOQ) wynosi 0,03 ppm dla spirotetramatu i jego metabolitu enolowego BYI 08330.
