Diese Studie befasst sich deshalb mit Beschäftigungsverhältnissen, Organisationsentwicklung und Personalwirtschaft in der institutionellen Kindertagesbetreuung und formuliert Gestaltungsanforderungen sowohl für die Politik als auch für die Träger von Einrichtungen.
