Kiki de Clown is ontslagen uit het circus. Hij is helemaal alleen en kan nergens terecht. Hij ziet maar één oplossing: hij gaat naar het park en besluit om daar een tijdje te blijven wonen. Alle weekdagen, op weg naar school, fietst Emma door het park. Zo ontmoet ze Kiki de Clown. Emma is nogal een wildebras, maar ze heeft een warm hartje en ze heeft medelijden met de arme clown.
