Keep Me Sane by Sarah Cowan is a poetry collection consisting of over 90 short poems. There are four sections representing four stages or themes: The SorrowsThe FallThe ChangeThe HealingThe poems are diverse, and evoke a range of emotions as the reader progresses. Many of the poems are certainly intimate, although not extremely so, just enough to give the reader a glance into the poet’s world, and prompt reflection.
