And, only he knows that he has this ability.If you are a Trans-Peripheralist, you’re supposed to report when someone beyond the periphery is shirking their duties. What’s Katu going to do? Who’s he going to tell? He can’t be a Trans-Peripheralist - he’s too old. Nobody will believe him.
