Die rheumatoide Arthritis ist für eine hohe kardiovaskuläre Morbidität und Mortalität verantwortlich. Das Ziel unserer Arbeit war es, das Ausmaß des kardiovaskulären Risikos zu bestimmen und den Nutzen des Belastungstests bei der Erkennung einer stillen Myokardischämie bei rheumatoider Arthritis zu bewerten. Der Belastungstest erweist sich als gutes Mittel zur Erkennung einer stillen Myokardischämie bei rheumatoider Arthritis. Diese Ergebnisse müssen durch multizentrische Studien mit größeren Fallzahlen untermauert werden.
