L’objectif de cette recherche est de mesurer l’effet de médiation de la justice organisationnelle dans la relation entre l’ambidextérité organisationnelle et l’irritation. Les mesures comprenaient les aspects de l’ambidextérité organisationnelle, à savoir l’exploitation et l’exploration, les aspects de l’irritation, à savoir l’irritation émotionnelle et cognitive, et les aspects de la justice organisationnelle, à savoir la justice distributive, la justice interactionnelle et la justice procédurale. La justice distributive a eu des effets de médiation complets dans la relation entre l’exploitation et l’irritation et entre la justice distributive et l’irritation cognitive. Vingt-six médecins étrangers ont été interrogés dans le cadre de cette étude. Cette étude a mesuré un effet de médiation indirect à l’aide du programme SPSS d’Andy F. Hayes. Elle a révélé que les hôpitaux pratiquaient l’exploitation et que l’association la plus forte était entre la justice distributive et l’irritation cognitive.
