Primus codex est Vaticani Latini 5757, qui fragmenta ex Digestis, Institutionibus, Codice Theodosiano, et Codice Gregoriano continet. Secundus codex est palimpsestus, in quo fragmenta ex Digestis et Codice Gregoriano inveniuntur. Mai haec fragmenta transcripsit et edidit, notis et commentariis illustravit, ac loca parallela ex aliis codicibus Romanis adiecit.
