Meanwhile, Sandra Shuck doesn’t even know she exists.It’s a big challenge for a thirteen year old, even a really smart one, and it only gets more complicated when the strange sounds in her head start up. They come roaring in from who knows where, and as they roar their way out all kinds of mayhem tends to follow. Juniper is determined to figure out what these sounds are all about, maybe even learn to control them. Along they way, she uncovers her long lost grandmother’s big secret, inadvertently turns the town into a popular tourist attraction, mobilizes a group of mannequins to help save her father’s job, and even gets Sandra to start liking her.Jupiter Roars, a quirky, coming of age comedy, is the story of an exceptional young girl intent on finding a way to not only survive, but actually thrive, in an all too ordinary world.
