As I walked through life and ministry I noticed as things happened in my life; I would feel hurt, betrayal, offense, and pain so much that it was crippling. I realize that something is wrong, I needed to seek help and counseling. In the process of counseling, I realized that I simply stuffed my pain, and never healed from them. This pain was affecting my relationships, work and even ministry. This book was written to help you realize that wholeness and healing is possible if you are intentional about it. In this book you will find spiritual truths, personal experiences and practical tools that will help you on your journey to healing from emotional hurt. You do not have to be stuck in time; you can move forward in life through the freedom that healing brings. Through scripture and life experiences we can begin this beautiful journey together to healing.  Abraham Harris was born in phoenix, Arizona and raised in Buckeye, Arizona for most of his life.
