At a toy museum in Maine, a young girl named Maggie becomes captivated by a toy clown in a box. After the family purchases the toy, they discover its name is ’Jingles,’ and it holds a chilling secret. The mother, Sheila, starts to suspect that Jingles is behind a series of unfortunate events, but her family dismisses her concerns. With strange circumstances happening within the home, the sinister toy targets Maggie with a dark plan. A stranger with knowledge of Jingles steps in to help. As events unfold, Maggie’s mother, Sheila, is convinced that ’Jingles’ is not something that appeared in the toy store, but something more sinister. She and the stranger, who knows ’Jingles’ past, try to stop the sinister toy from destroying her family. Sheila is faced with harsh criticism from her husband as he tries everything possible to understand what she is trying to do. Sheila is faced with criticism from her husband, who believes that she is suffering from a mental breakdown, but does not realize that Sheila is trying to save their family. The ordeal unfolds as Sheila and the stranger try to interfere with the ’Jingles’ plan, but then, something happens. Sheila and the stranger are faced with a situation that is more disturbing than they feared.
