'Christology is an expression of a deep love for Jesus Christ. Not only does Dr. Gresham demonstrate this in Jesus 101, he models it so we can follow him.'
Dr. Scott Hahn, Professor of Theology and Scripture at Franciscan University of Steubenville
People desiring an authoritative, yet understandable overview of Catholic teaching on the doctrinal and scriptural background of the human-divine person of Jesus need look no further than this book by acclaimed theologian John L. Gresham.
The latest volume in Liguori’s 101 series offers readers from high school age to adult an introductory course in the theology of Jesus--but without the academic vocabulary that can be a stumbling block in many texts.
Recently there’s been a gratifying upsurge in interest in the basics of Catholicism. Gresham, who writes with an easy style and clear tone, provides an up-to-date take on a central tenet of the faith. His experience as a convert lends helpful insights for understanding complex topics.
