Jérusalem Délivrée est une épopée de la Renaissance italienne de Torquato Tasso. Elle raconte une version romancée de la Première Croisade, au cours de laquelle les chevaliers chrétiens combattent les Sarrasins pour la possession de Jérusalem. Le poème est composé d’environ 20 000 vers alexandrins répartis en 20 chants. Tasso commença à travailler sur Jérusalem Délivrée vers le milieu des années 1560, et le termina en 1575. Le poème fut publié en 1581, et fut rapidement salué comme un chef-d’œuvre.
