The stories I write are based loosely on events in the lives of my children and grandchildren. The first story in this book is about Jeremy, who appears in The Patchwork Pig, and describes the family?s experiences setting up a fishpond. The second story introduces our youngest grandchild, Marley, who loves to feed carrots to the family horse.
