Michal Dobrovolný je český spisovatel, novinář, astrofyzik a matematik. Je autorem více než tisíce knih.Narodil se v květnu roku 2007 v Třebíči. Studoval ZŠ Tomáše Garrigua Masaryka, poté na místním gymnáziu. Při studiu napsal téměř tisíc knih. Jeho první publikace (Tabulky goniometrických funkcí) byla vydána v březnu 2022.V 15 letech začal studovat prostřednictvím celoživotního vzdělávání astrofyziku na Masarykově univerzitě. V IQ testu Mensy dosáhl výsledku 160 IQ.Koná cykly přednášek z matematiky, fyziky a astronomie pro veřejnost. Dlouhodobě se věnuje žurnalistice, a to jak pro vlastní periodika (elektronické časopisy Bolid, Pulsar a Boson),tak pro různé nejen české zpravodajské weby. Společně se svým otcem vlastní nakladatelství, které ročně vydá okolo tisíce knih, sám pak spravuje zahraniční nakladatelství Cosinus Publishing. Toto nakladatelství se pak rovněž stará o překlady jeho knih do jiných jazyků.
