La Terre fait partie du système solaire et présente des caractéristiques particulières qui la rendent belle et lui confèrent des conditions propices à la survie de l’homme. Il est bien connu que la principale source d’énergie de la Terre est le soleil. Par conséquent, tout changement dans, du et sur le soleil affecte l’environnement de la Terre, également appelé météo spatiale . Toute modification de l’atmosphère terrestre due à la météo spatiale peut affecter la Terre et, par conséquent, la vie humaine. De même, de nombreux phénomènes peuvent se produire spontanément sur la Terre et affecter directement la vie humaine (activité sismique, variation du champ magnétique terrestre, augmentation de la température due à l’effet de serre, pour n’en citer que quelques-uns). La compréhension quantitative de l’ionosphère à basse latitude est encore incomplète. Il est donc nécessaire de l’explorer davantage. Dans ce travail, nous étudions le comportement des caractéristiques de l’étalement F, des variations sporadiques E, sur la région de la crête de l’anomalie en utilisant des expériences dans l’espace et au sol. Dans ce travail, nous considérons le 23ème cycle solaire.
