The basic characteristic of humans is having the power of thinking. Thinking includes a wide range of mental activities and consists of the ability to visualize or represent objects and events in their absence. The term style is not synonymous with ability, but a way to use one’s abilities. Thinking style refers to people’s preferred way of using individual abilities. It is possible that people have similar abilities, but their thinking styles are different. A correct understanding of thinking styles makes a person gain a better understanding of himself and the people around him. Ignoring thinking styles in different situations, including the path of job performance, leads to the fact that the best and most valuable talents and potential capitals are removed or ignored. Job performance is a set of behavioral and performance patterns including knowledge, skills, competencies, conscience and cognitive ability in the job environment. In fact, the basis of organizational productivity is the performance of individuals, and job performance shows the role of individual efforts and behaviors in achieving organizational goals.
