Es treten gegenläufige Erfolgswirkungen für rechnungslegungs- und kapitalmarktorientierte Erfolgsindikatoren auf. Die Unterschiede in den empirischen Ergebnissen werden auf die Besonderheiten der mentalen Modelle der Kapitalmarktakteure zurückgeführt, welche verstärkt auf Wachstumspotentiale, Standortvorteile und Risikoreduktion abstellen.
