The monograph work is dedicated to a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the importance and impact of the internal independence of judges of the administrative court in Ukraine on justice within the context of the Ukrainian legal system and the development of directions to enhance measures ensuring the internal independence of judges of the administrative court in Ukraine. It is argued that independence is a fundamental principle and value of the judicial system and a measure of its effectiveness. The function of independence stems from the separation of powers within the state branches to protect citizens in disputes with the state. However, the emphasis on independence also arises from the essence of the existence of the judicial power to fairly resolve any conflicts in conditions of predominant confrontation. For scientists, teachers, postgraduates, doctoral candidates and students of higher education institutions of the legal profile and all those interested in the problems of implementing the internal independence of an administrative court judge in Ukraine.
