Une interface de planification et d’ordonnancement de la maintenance des installations industrielles a été développée pour une minoterie située à Ilorin, au Nigeria, afin de coordonner les opérations de maintenance industrielle. Une planification efficace des interventions de maintenance quotidiennes et futures contribuera à atteindre les buts et objectifs de l’entreprise de la manière la plus efficace et la plus performante possible. Elle permet de minimiser les coûts, de réduire les risques et d’accroître l’avantage concurrentiel d’une organisation. Le programme développé est simple, doté d’écrans de recherche conviviaux et d’une interface interactive adaptée qui facilitent la planification et l’ordonnancement des opérations de maintenance de l’usine, tout en permettant de déduire les stocks utilisés du registre des stocks. Ainsi, les risques de temps d’arrêt ou d’interruption d’exploitation résultant d’une pénurie de consommables ou de pièces sont considérablement réduits.
