La question des réfugiés est un sujet planétaire. Aujourd’hui, de plus en plus, ils façonnent les Relations internationales. Faute des nombreux conflits dont ils sont victimes dans leurs pays respectifs, ils sont après installation dans les pays hôtes, confrontés à la question de leur integration. Plusieurs obstacles sont à l’origine à savoir les manques d’accès aux services de base, la question relative aux manques de moyens financiers, manque d’emplois ou tout simplement des désaccords permanents avec les communautés locales. Il est cependant question d’œuvrer non seulement pour leur prise en charge mais aussi pour faciliter leur integration.Ceci requiert cependant l’implication des acteurs humanitaires y compris l’État hôte en tant qu’acteur mineur,des populations locales voire les réfugiés eux-mêmes.
