Questa ricerca si propone di analizzare i principali meccanismi di integrazione tra le metodologie di project management e di process management per l’attivazione della Rete di Assistenza Macro Sud Est della Rete di Urgenza e Pronto Soccorso del Governo dello Stato di Minas Gerais, da una prospettiva manageriale, basata sulle percezioni dei principali manager coinvolti in questa iniziativa. Si tratta di uno studio esplorativo e qualitativo, basato su una ricerca bibliografica sulla letteratura relativa alla gestione dei progetti e dei processi, con particolare attenzione alla pubblica amministrazione; una ricerca documentale, basata sulla legislazione e su altri documenti e registri relativi alla Rete di assistenza macro sud-est del Governo dello Stato di Minas Gerais; e una ricerca sul campo, basata su interviste semi-strutturate con i principali manager coinvolti nell’implementazione e nell’attivazione della suddetta rete.
