Eine Möglichkeit dies zutun ist die funktional-pragmatische Kommunikationsanalyse, ein Analyseverfahren,das von Konrad Ehlich und Jochen Rehbein entwickelt wurde. Sie untersucht dasVerhältnis von Sprache und Gesellschaft und erforscht dabei speziell dieKommunikation in Institutionen.Ein meiner Meinung nach interessanter Teil dieser Kommunikation ist der Prozessdurch den jemand Teil einer Institution wird. Dies kann auf unterschiedliche Weisenpassieren: In einer Schule meldet man sich an, um Schüler(in) zu werden; in einerKirche wird man in der Regel durch die Taufe Mitglied usw.In diesem Beispiel soll der Prozess analysiert werden indem jemand durch denAbschluss eines Honorarvertrages zu einem Teil einer Institution wird. Die Bindungan die Institution ist dabei im Endeffekt weniger ausgeprägt als dies bei anderenFormen der Mitarbeit oder Teilhabe ist. Dies ist für den Aufnahmeablauf nicht vonBedeutung.
