Various people in spirit, my angels and guides have channeled all the poems and messages in this book to me. They planted the seed in 2004 to follow this path when they gave me my first poem 'Spiritual Eulogy'. This was written to help people through their grief. People will be able to relate to most of the poems in this book and hopefully find inspiration from them. Included is a short story about the changes of my way of thinking, and how you mustn’t be scared of the unknown.
