The link between technology and human life is undergoing a significant and frequently frightening transition in the vast terrain of the digital age. For many, what started out as the promise of never-before-seen connectivity has evolved into a condition of almost continual digital immersion. Our displays, which were once merely tools, have evolved into the main ways that we interact with the outside world, which frequently results in a feeling of being enslaved to technology. By tracing the evolution of our formerly distinct boundaries and analyzing the intensely personal fight against technology dominance that now characterizes the modern human experience, this book sets out on a critical investigation of this new reality. This book poses important concerns, such as how social media impacts our psychology and brain. More specifically, what effects is social media having on your brain? We may start to understand the significant changes taking place in our own minds by looking at the science behind dopamine loops, attention span fractures, and altered cognitive performance. Although some advocates would contend that there aren’t many detrimental consequences of social media on mental health, this book clearly challenges that myth. It offers a critical counter-narrative to technological optimism by providing a shrewd examination of the growing evidence that platform mechanics are linked to increased rates of loneliness, despair, and anxiety./ہماری سابقہ الگ الگ حدود کے ارتقاء کا سراغ لگا کر اور ٹیکنالوجی کے غلبے کے خلاف شدید ذاتی لڑائی کا تجزیہ کرتے ہوئے جو کہ اب جدید انسانی تجربے کی خصوصیت ہے، یہ کتاب اس نئی حقیقت کی تنقیدی تحقیق پر روشنی ڈالتی ہے۔ یہ کتاب اہم خدشات کو جنم دیتی ہے، جیسے کہ سوشل میڈیا ہماری نفسیات اور دماغ کو کیسے متاثر کرتا ہے؟
