En la actualidad el clima organizacional es un tema de gran importancia para las organizaciones que encaminan su gestión en el continuo mejoramiento del ambiente de trabajo, por ello se considera que es un factor clave en el desarrollo del desempeño laboral. La presente investigación, ha tenido como propósito determinar la influencia del clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la 'Universidad Nacional Intercultural Fabiola Salazar Leguía, Bagua' - 2016, por tal motivo se realizó un trabajo de investigación cuantitativa no experimental de tipo explicativa. En cuanto a la recolección de datos se utilizó dos cuestionarios: para medir el clima organizacional y otro para el desempeño laboral, a fin de utilizar la técnica de gabinete y el Censo. Se contó con la colaboración de 30 trabajadores de ambos sexos. En cuanto a la confiabilidad se aplicó la herramienta del alfa de Cronbach, obteniendo en ambos casos valores superiores a 0.9, valores muy buenos que ratifican la calidad del instrumento empleado. Se determinó inicialmente el estado actual de las variables clima organizacional, así como del desempeño laboral desde la percepción de los trabajadores, para luego probar la influencia directa e intensa de la primera característica sobre la segunda. Para desarrollar la investigación se aplicó un censo al personal de la institución, llegando a la conclusión: 6.1 El Clima Organizacional reinante en la 'Universidad Nacional Intercultural Fabiola Salazar de Bagua' es Adecuado para el 70% (21) de sus trabajadores, mientras que el 30% (9) lo consideró Inadecuado. 6.2 El desempeño laboral en la 'Universidad Nacional Intercultural Fabiola Salazar de Bagua', según sus propios trabajadores es Alto para un 70% (21), mientras que un 30% (7) se autocalificó como de desempeño bajo. 6.3 Finalmente la prueba inferencial permitió con 95% de confianza confirmar que el Clima Organizacional influye de manera directa en el Desempeño Laboral de los trabajadores de la 'Universidad Nacional Intercultural Fabiola Salazar Leguía, Bagua' 2016.
