Stress and fatigue levels at work are some of the factors that indicate the health condition of workers, and their excess can cause harm to them. Since human beings are biopsychosocial, it is important to obtain knowledge in the area of mental health and quality of life in order to understand the effects of physical activity on humans. The objectives of this study were to analyze the concept of physical activity through a case study conducted with education workers at the Federal Technological University of Paraná - Medianeira Campus (UTFPR-Campus Medianeira) and to verify the influence of physical activity on the stress levels of these workers.
