Le succès d’un traitement endodontique dépend de la capacité à établir et à maintenir une obturation apicale. L’un des principaux facteurs d’échec des traitements canalaires est la fuite coronaire causée par des caries récurrentes, des marges coronaires ouvertes, des fuites au niveau des restaurations provisoires ou l’absence de pose d’une couronne provisoire sur la dent traitée en temps opportun. Par conséquent, la mise en place d’un tenon dans le canal est souvent nécessaire pour maintenir le noyau lorsque cela est indiqué. L’objectif de l’étude était donc : 1. De comparer l’influence de la préparation immédiate et différée de l’espace du tenon sur la capacité d’étanchéité des systèmes AH Plus-Gutta Percha et Resilon-Epiphany. 2. De comparer la capacité d’étanchéité du ciment Resilon-Epiphany et du ciment GP-AH Plus.
